1、数据能力建设：基于平台的用户体验指标，通过体验场景、品类、用户画像等多维度分析，探究体验问题分类分级、根本原因，也能规划和设计科学合理的用户体验指标体系； 2、规则策略建设：完善餐饮行业商家商品准入、发布规范、商家商品治理策略、用户体验解决方案、售后方案等，减少负反馈问题产生，改善用户体验； 3、产品能力与协同机制建设：建设并完善上述策略建设落地所需的产品能力、横向协同机制等； 4、AI工具使用：擅长使用主流的AI工具，懂得用智能化工具在实际工作中的提效应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、经济学、计算机、社会学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一种数据分析工具（如Excel、SQL等），具备一定的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出见解； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够清晰地分析问题和制定解决方案，良好的沟通协作能力，能够与不同团队成员有效沟通和合作； 4、对生活服务行业兴趣度高，有较强的好奇心和快速学习的能力，具备快速学习新知识和技能的能力，能够适应不断变化的业务需求。
