日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：服务器部门的主要职责是通过持续开展业务需求跟踪和行业洞察，以及对各业务场景开展系统性能分析，为公司的全球业务打造具备高性价比和高可靠性的通用计算、存储和智能计算（AI）等产品与解决方案。在技术层面，深入钻研计算体系架构的研究与开发、CPU/GPU及部件的定制与评估、高速电路设计、新型供电散热技术、固件开发、驱动开发、内核及操作系统、编译器、可靠性、可用性和可维护性（RAS）等领域，推动软硬件的联合设计与优化，在人工智能时代为公司提供最具竞争力的算力和存储基础支撑。

1、开发和使用性能分析工具、性能模拟器、仿真工具进行实验，验证通算和智算领域新架构方案的性能收益； 2、研究和分析数据中心关键Workload的特征，探索软硬件协同设计与优化方案； 3、参与CPU、GPU及其他开放架构生态的研究，探索开源软硬件协同优化的可能性； 4、撰写研究报告，并有机会参与学术论文或专利的撰写。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机体系结构、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编程能力，熟悉C/C++、Python； 3、熟悉计算机体系结构基本知识，如流水线、缓存、分支预测、乱序执行等； 4、了解x86、ARM、RISC-V或其他主流CPU指令集，有相关优化经验者优先； 5、熟悉CPU、GPU性能分析工具和仿真器，如Perf、VTune、Gem5、Simics、GPGPU-Sim等； 6、具备良好的分析能力和研究能力，有学术论文发表经验者优先。
