ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、质量管理：负责今日头条内容安全执行质量、事故治理、专项提升、外发质量管理、体验优化、治理专项等工作，对齐上游目标制定改善方案及提升计划，挖掘标准、流程、执行、策略、工具等问题，推动问题解决及目标达成； 2、执行牵引：结合政策热点对平台内容进行安全和风险研判，提出标准优化建议，梳理研判手册做执行牵引； 3、上下游协作：根据业务不同阶段的目标和方向，对接运营、产品、策略、交付等环节，拆解落地规划协同上下游促进目标达成； 4、模型应用：通过大语言模型工具等自动化策略运营手段不断优化迭代质量管理及业务流程，优化业务质效指标。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻、中文等相关专业； 2、有内容质量把控、内容运营、内容编辑、内容创作等经验优先；有较强的数据敏感度，能够运用EXCEL进行复杂数据分析和结论呈现，可识别风险问题并制定解决方案； 3、自我驱动，具备一定跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备较强的项目管理能力，能够在业务模块的深度和广度上进行跨团队沟通，推动多部门协作达成目标； 4、有较强的产品、用户体验分析能力与运营思维方法，对业务发展方向和动态有较强的洞察力。
