团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、负责红果短剧内容安全及质量策略的落地工作，及在人机审交付链路上的问题排查及项目推进，推动内容治理安全交付质量改善及效率提升； 2、负责监控内容治理链路相关数据，设计合理的质量与安全监控体系，推动规则、治理方案与内容治理策略迭代，保障重要场景下安全内容治理交付无问题、风险可控； 3、横向协同标准、产品、运营等团队，对业务交付结果有效性负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、理解内容安全场景，对热点、时政有较高的敏感度，对内容质量有正确的价值观和判断力；了解红果短剧产品、用户、行业情况，能够从和行业或用户视角分析判断； 3、有较强的数据分析和洞察能力，强结果导向，有良好的资源协调和沟通能力，有跨团队多方密切配合的意识； 4、敢于担当，有强烈的责任感，拥有积极的心态； 5、善于表达和沟通，乐于与合作团队建立良好关系，并且能够推动相关方共同提升。
