1、负责字节跳动线索业务的持续迭代，深入了解业务，与产品协同达成业务目标并提升系统的前瞻性； 2、参与设计系统技术方案，核心代码开发和系统调优； 3、参与各专项技术调研，新技术引入等前瞻项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通Java/Golang等一种或者多种编程语言并深入了解语言特性，具备良好的数据结构、算法基础和系统设计能力； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、加分项：熟悉AI Agent开发框架，对AI行业保持强烈的求知欲，了解LLM、提示工程、上下文工程、RAG、知识图谱等技术原理和底层机制。
