1、具备扎实的HR专业能力，能够在复杂、高速、跨国或多市场环境中支持业务； 2、具备出色的领导力，包括在模糊环境中指引方向、清晰设定优先级、打造高绩效团队，以及推动跨职能、跨文化的区域与跨部门协作，英语流利，能有效支持全球协作方； 3、有处理高风险、高级别复杂事务的成功经验，具备严谨的判断力和高度的保密意识； 4、能够快速理解公司业务模式、运营环境及所在市场的监管与文化背景，并将其转化为务实可落地的ER策略； 5、具备较强的问题解决能力、敏锐度、主人翁意识，以及高标准的职业道德操守； 6、优秀的沟通、影响力，能够通过数据、同理心和深入的业务理解来影响各方，有高速发展的科技、平台或其他高增长业务环境工作经验的优先，具备法学博士（J.D.）学位、劳动法背景或相关HR/ER专业认证的优先，熟悉一个或多个国际市场的劳动关系、职工委员会、工会或本地用工实践，优先考虑。
