日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与今日头条内容生态相关业务的数据分析与策略运营工作，协助分析内容供给、用户消费、流量分发之间的关系，理解不同内容场景下的供需变化和增长机会； 2、基于线上数据、用户反馈和内容样本，协助发现并拆解内容质量、内容理解、分发效率等问题，沉淀可复用的案例、标准和分析结论，支持业务策略优化； 3、围绕重点内容场景，参与优质内容、优质作者、内容语料和行业案例的收集与分析，辅助判断内容形态、内容质量和用户消费价值，为策略迭代和产品优化提供依据； 4、参与特定内容场景的内容理解和策略优化工作，包括内容画风、内容质量、内容结构化、用户反馈等方向，支持内容策略在不同业务场景中的落地； 5、与产品、技术、算法和运营团队协作，协助推进策略方案落地，跟踪上线效果，整理阶段性复盘材料，支持推荐效果和内容生态效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能保证较稳定的实习时间，优先每周实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上； 3、对内容平台、推荐产品、内容消费、创作者生态有兴趣，愿意长期观察和理解内容、用户和流量之间的关系； 4、具备较好的信息搜集、内容判断和结构化整理能力，能从大量内容样本中总结规律，沉淀标准和问题类型； 5、具备基础数据意识，能够使用Excel/飞书表格等工具完成数据整理、样本标注、效果跟踪和简单分析；有SQL或数据分析经验优先。
