团队介绍：抖音电商算法团队，依托抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、红果短剧等产品，帮助用户发现、讨论并获得好物，享受美好生活；帮助商家高效经营，创建良性商业生态；激励创作并分享购物经验使用心得，构建有真诚有信息的电商内容氛围。在这个团队，我们不仅要通过推荐、广告和搜索算法搭建消费者和商家之间的桥梁，也要通过风控算法和治理算法去甄别违规行为，保护用户的购物体验，保护真正诚信经营的商家；我们还要建设智能客服技术、大规模商品知识图谱来提升各个交易环节的效率，降低商家的经营成本；我们也要结合机器学习和运筹算法，来优化供应链和物流的效率和成本，并进一步提升用户物流体验；另外我们还会用业界先进的数据科学技术为业务健康发展保驾护航。我们的使命：用算法的能力，让用户总能发现好东西，让美好生活触手可得。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与电商导购链路（如物流时效、推荐理由、价格等）算法服务的后端开发，参与高QPS场景下的性能优化与稳定性建设，提升服务迭代效率； 2、基于Flink、Spark、Kafka等技术，在商品、内容、用户等维度参与构建高效批流一体的数据处理框架，支撑复杂业务场景下的特征与数据需求； 3、参与算法模型特征链路迭代，协助机器学习模型推理加速、在线部署与服务化运维，提升推理性能与特征时效性； 4、围绕电商场景（物流体验、商品库、视频内容理解等），参与AI Agent系统的架构设计、开发与落地迭代，探索Agent在算法链路中的应用，沉淀可复用的技术方案。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程、大数据等相关专业； 2、扎实掌握计算机体系结构、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等底层基础知识；动手能力强，擅长Go/C++/Java编程语言，具备完成一个项目经验； 3、工作积极主动、认真细致，具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力，能高效推进业务落地； 4、熟悉主流大数据分布式系统架构、熟悉机器学习工程化架构、具备大模型部署与推理优化相关经验优先； 5、具备良好的系统思维与问题拆解能力，了解设计模式、性能优化、架构设计基本方法，乐于深耕算法工程架构，有大数据平台、模型服务化项目经历优先。
