日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责招商政策渗透、商家政策沟通、商家合作的推进和管理，推动完成商机引入及合作落地； 2、结合平台定位与不同商家的投放目标，完成达人选号、内容植入等相关动作，在抖音等内容平台落地投放，实现平台和商家的业务增长目标，具备用户与内容的理解判断能力，深入洞察目标用户需求、挖掘货品价值，完成投放效果分析； 3、完成项目日常数据和信息维护管理，发现并同步风险问题； 4、与协作方、代理等团队完成商务、产品能力等需求沟通。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网广告、电商运营相关实习经验，达人营销/商家运营/招商运营相关经验优先； 3、熟练使用并掌握Excel、PPT办公软件，有AI工具的使用经验和提效方法； 4、沟通能力好、问题处理灵活，项目负责人意识强、有较强的项目管理能力，主动推动业务卡点，较强的逻辑分析能力及数据敏感度，能有发现业务的机会点和风险点。
