日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化商业产品部中小企业客户产品团队旨在为全球中小企业提供丰富的广告产品和最佳实践，不断提高产品市场契合度，并通过广告增长系统提供数据验证的指导，助力中小企业实现规模性成功。

1、业务数据洞察与监控：跟踪SMB商业化核心指标（如用户增长、转化、营收等），定期输出动态分析报告；识别数据异常并完成归因，为业务决策提供科学依据； 2、策略支持与优化：结合业务目标，通过量化分析挖掘增长机会点，参与制定阶段性策略方案；复盘策略效果，推动迭代优化； 3、跨部门项目协作：对接产品、运营、技术等团队，明确数据需求，推动分析结论落地；协助统筹重点项目进度，确保目标对齐与高效执行； 4、工具与流程优化：搭建/维护数据看板及分析模板，简化重复数据任务；支持数据质量检查，提升分析效率与结果准确性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、商业分析、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、能保证长期稳定实习； 3、熟练使用SQL进行数据提取与分析，精通Excel（含高级函数）；熟悉Tableau、Power BI等可视化工具者优先；具备基础Python/R技能更佳； 4、有电商、商业化或数据分析相关实习经验者优先；对SMB业务或国际化市场有兴趣，具备基础商业敏感度； 5、逻辑清晰，善于从数据中提炼结论；沟通能力强，能高效跨团队协作；自驱力与责任心突出，适应快节奏工作环境； 6、英语流利（可作为工作语言，处理英文数据及跨区域沟通）。
