1、根据产品设计或需求，进行需求分析，制定测试计划、风险评估、设计测试数据和测试用例，执行测试用例，准确定位并追踪问题； 2、对线上问题进行持续追踪，得出优化监控、测试方案提升等改进措施； 3、进行项目协同合作，高质量完成项目交付。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对软件质量保障工作有浓厚兴趣； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础； 4、熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Java、OC、C、C++、Python、Go、PHP，了解常用客户端、服务端开发及测试工具，如自动化框架、压测工具、大数据处理工具； 5、具备优秀的产品意识，对市场上典型应用有独立思考和改进方案； 6、具备快速适应和学习能力，善于发现和定位问题。
