1、对游戏项目在运营过程中的整体日本市场推广负责，统筹项目的全生命周期的发行阶段工作，对项目数据敏感且能周期性进行汇总和复盘，驱动整体策略； 2、对游戏在日本地区的推广业务负责，从推广策略到落地手段有全方位的认知和搭建能力，包括但不仅限于内容、社区、网红、媒体等等；能和团队内外合作伙伴高效沟通，协同各职能完成发行目标； 3、统筹游戏项目的UG买量模块，负责协调买量团队的目标及预算制定，调动买量团队分析投放效果，包括渠道表现和素材表现，并拉起实时调优动作获得优化结果。

1、3年及以上游戏行业发行经验，有二次元游戏、IP授权游戏发行经验者优先； 2、对统筹型业务适应能力强，能灵活应对团队内多职能统筹，集团内多部门协调沟通； 3、责任心强，接受异地/异国出差以及长期派遣办公等需求，可能派遣地有东京、广州等地； 4、热爱游戏，热爱动漫，二次元文化以及游戏经验丰富者优先； 5、日语N1及以上资格优先。
