1、该角色需要兼具战略思维、团队领导力和强执行推动能力，负责：作为平台产品团队与前线业务团队之间的战略业务伙伴，深入理解业务目标、运营痛点和不断变化的需求，并将其转化为清晰的平台或运营优先级；将分散的运营信号和数据转化为可执行洞察，清晰呈现业务影响、优先级和取舍，为管理层的资源配置、业务决策和优化方向提供支持； 2、建立、监控并持续优化核心平台及业务指标，识别表现差距和趋势变化，通过结构化根因分析和数据驱动的运营手段推动可衡量的业务改善；评估平台能力是否真正产生预期业务价值，识别流程、功能效果和业务使用上的优化机会，并形成结构化输入，持续反哺产品规划和优化； 3、主动识别平台流程、业务链路和跨团队协作中的运营摩擦，设计可规模化的解决方案，并推动问题端到端闭环，减少长期依赖重复性人工解决方案；建立可复用的运营机制、治理框架、指标体系和业务节奏，提升执行一致性，并降低业务增长带来的运营复杂度； 4、协同产品、研发、政策、风险、运营等相关团队，对齐优先级、明确责任边界、解决依赖和阻塞，推动复杂业务项目高效落地； 5、探索并应用AI工具和自动化解决方案，以提升治理效率、分析深度和团队生产力。

1、本科及以上学历；具备至少5年以上产品运营或产品管理相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有内容审核（人审/机审）平台产品，风险舆情应对，业务解决方案，或其他面向内部用户产品经验者优先； 2、具备较强的业务理解能力，平台问题治理、事件管理或服务可靠性提升相关经验； 3、有较强的数据分析、问题解决及结构化思考能力，能够通过数据识别问题、提出假设、进行根因分析，推动可衡量的业务改善，并处理模糊、复杂且跨团队的问题； 4、有优秀的沟通能力和跨团队影响力，能够在没有直接汇报关系的情况下推动产品、研发、业务及其他合作方共同达成结果； 5、具备较强的项目和项目群管理能力，能够拆解复杂事项、管理依赖关系，并推动端到端落地； 6、具备较强的主人翁精神意识，能够从问题发现、方案设计、推动落地一直负责到结果验证；有使用AI/自动化工具提升团队或运营效率的实践经验；具备中英文双语能力，能够与全球合作伙伴及本地关键相关方高效协作。
