1、本科及以上学历，5年以上市场相关行业工作经验，手机数码/家电行业优先； 2、互联网广告、电商平台、品牌方市场/媒介部门、4A广告公司经验优先，有电商运营、达人营销、广告优化项目管理经验优先； 3、具有较好的数据分析能力，掌握数据分析工具，对数据有敏感性且逻辑思维能力良好，可以独立完成客户投放分析，总结分析报告，沉淀方法论； 4、具备成功的项目管理经验，沟通能力强，良好的应变能力及跨部门协作能力； 5、有较强的团队合作意识，拥抱变化。
