1、聚焦集团全球税务数字化转型与系统建设，构建税务需求方与研发产品团队的交互桥梁，对税务数字化战略落地负责； 2、联合相关团队，制定并不断优化集团税务数字化发展规划和具体实现的路线图； 3、梳理税务侧的系统化相关需求，形成BRD；协调相关部门，推动产品方案设计和研发、系统测试与上线交付，确保项目按时保质完成； 4、负责税务系统的日常稳定运营，推动系统运营问题的解决； 5、领导全球税务系统化团队，搭建人才梯队并提升团队专业能力；建立“税务需求-系统化落地-持续优化”的闭环工作机制，强化跨部门协同效率； 6、对标国际顶尖企业税务数字化实践，引入全球领先的自动化、AI应用、跨境数据集成等技术，持续推动优化集团税务系统化能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，财税、信息管理、计算机相关专业； 2、5年以上全球税务系统/数字化项目经验，具备跨国企业税务系统化建设或管理经历优先； 3、拥有国际化税务实操、全球税务合规系统相关经验者为核心加分项； 4、有丰富的团队和项目管理经验，擅长统筹协调全球跨部门资源、推动复杂项目落地； 5、具备较强的数据分析能力、系统化思维、战略规划与问题解决能力； 6、具备优秀的英文听说读写能力，可作为工作语言使用，可直接对接国际化团队开展全球协同工作；熟悉全球税务合规要求与数据治理逻辑，能适配全球化快节奏工作场景。
