1、负责耐消行业，包括手机、数码、家电、家装家居等类目的新品营销工作，制定年度营销规划和日历，规划新品营销活动来构建行业消费者认知，拉动品类增长，包括但不限于整合需求、方案策划、商业化合作、资源落实、项目执行和活动沉淀； 2、基于全域电商的生态，进行场景挖掘，设计不同的用户策略及活动，包括但不限于：目标管理及过程数据优化，活动风险控制、突发情况应对； 3、结合市场洞察及抖音生态，紧追社会热点和文化趋势，快速响应并策划内容热点、主题传播性营销事件和执行落地；针对行业和平台调性进行亮点挖掘与包装外放，沉淀出对市场和行业有影响力的活动案例； 4、从电商营销业务出发，结合运营业务逻辑，管理目标任务及预算规则，进行问题诊断，产出可落地的策略建议，支持业务目标达成。

1、有手机、数码、家电、家装家居等耐消行业相关经验，有平台或品牌方营销经验优先； 2、营销能力基本盘过关，包括但不限于创意、策划、平面、TVC等拍摄制作、线下活动、social、传播等市场营销相关能力，有全局视角和执行能力，有成功案例； 3、具备数据敏感度和一定的分析能力，能理解电商平台营销侧的指标要求，能使用简单的数据看板等工具进行实时监测、阶段性总结； 4、沟通能力强，内外协同能力强，有平台对品牌合作和协同经验更佳。
