1、负责生态内容审核场景下的人审运营整体管理，搭建清晰的承接、评估、分发、执行和复盘机制，确保上游需求能够被高质量、高效率地转化为稳定交付；沉淀适用于大规模人审交付的运营方法论，推动流程标准化、数据化和平台化建设，提升组织复制能力与管理效率； 2、负责管理人审运营团队，围绕审核质量、时效、产能、履约、召回和成本等关键指标建立日常运营体系，推动目标拆解、过程追踪、异常治理和结果达成；建立清晰的分工、目标、复盘和人才梯队机制，持续提升团队判断力、协同力和经营意识； 3、负责对人审召回链路进行评估与优化，协同上下游团队持续提升策略与人审衔接效率，推动审核资源向高ROI场景配置； 4、负责人力与预算统筹团队的管理，建立覆盖人力规模、班次结构、供应商协同、预算编制、成本监控、口径定义和信息同步的管理机制，提升资源使用效率和管理透明度； 5、统筹大体量组织与大型项目的运营推进，能够在复杂业务变化、资源波动和多团队协同环境下完成组织拉通、方案落地和风险兜底。

1、具备较强的人审、内容审核、标注交付、内容安全运营或相关领域经验，理解审核业务从需求承接到执行交付再到指标优化的完整链路； 2、有成熟的运营团队管理经验，能够带领团队承接复杂业务需求，并推动质量、效率、成本等多目标平衡达成； 3、有较强的人力与预算统筹能力，熟悉人力规划、成本测算、预算管理、供应商协同、信息透明传输和口径管理等工作；优先考虑有人审或相关交付体系统筹经验的候选人，拥有人力统筹经验为基础门槛，跨区域多团队协同或复杂供应商网络管理经验者优先； 4、具备项目统筹经验，能够协调跨团队资源，在复杂环境下推动关键项目落地，并对进度、风险和结果负责； 5、具备优秀的数据分析和经营意识，能够通过指标诊断、资源配置、链路优化等方式提升人审ROI； 6、具备较强的组织管理能力和成熟度，能够支撑大体量团队协同、跨层级沟通和复杂问题拆解。
