1、负责把控设计品质，对设计结果负责：负责团队的管理工作，带领团队建立统一设计体系、提升设计质量、一致性和交付效率； 2、关注视觉流行趋势，可以在视觉层面不断深入，迅速且长期优化产品； 3、深入理解业务，对产品数据和用户体验敏感，针对当前发展阶段给出前瞻性的产品设计方案；从全局业务视角、用户体验视角理解业务，推动设计从方案阶段到系统化落地； 4、协助管理并确保内容体验符合抖音标准，积极推广最佳实践；通过主导项目、参与高影响力举措及提供战略性贡献，为内容设计创造展示价值的机会； 5、与团队负责人协作构建团队文化，鼓励协作并提升成员技能。

1、5年以上产品设计相关经验，有团队管理经验； 2、有较强的个人能力，有能力独立高水准输出设计需求、追求设计细节，高度重视细节，追求完美；有完整的设计系统层面的落地经验； 3、抗压能力强，擅长合作，可以系统的管理并激发设计团队； 4、关注数据同时关注人，能够利用数据分析和用户调研中来挖掘真实的问题与需求，并辅助设计决策； 5、有良好的逻辑思维、创新思维与学习能力，对新领域保持好奇心，对设计更好的体验始终有追求。
