1、3年以上互联网电商平台体验策略经验，3年以上团队管理经历； 2、具备出色数据分析、用户研究、流程设计与项目管理能力，能快速将洞察转化为服务解决方案； 3、对生成式AI在客服、物流、售后等场景的应用有深度理解，有成功推动人工经验向智能策略转化经验； 4、自驱、沟通协同力强，以结果为导向推动业务持续进化。
