1、根据行业大模型需求，设计和构建合适的Prompt模型，进行实验和测试，并不断优化模型的性能和效果； 2、和算法、产品团队紧密配合，将算法需求转换为可批量生产的模型语料文档，通过生产管理、需求管理等方式按期保质拿到语料结果； 3、快速高效推动产品进入开发生命周期，基于产品MVP敏锐洞察迭代方向并把控产品演变节奏，持续完善产品生态环境，持续提升产品市场力与解决力； 4、负责内容质量把控团队人员管理及专业能力提升，负责内容质量把控团队搭建、人才梯队的培养及辅导等管理动作，营造良好的团队氛围，关注团队健康发展。

1、本科及以上学历，有团队管理经验； 2、具备业务理解能力，能站在业务角度理解需求，同时理解模型能力边界、优化方向，能转化为技术语言； 3、了解大语言模型技术，参与过大语言模型的训练和优化迭代过程，包括预训练、SFT以及强化学习等； 4、熟练掌握Prompt的编写、应用和优化技巧，了解LangChain、AI Agents原理，具备人机辅助实践经验； 5、有探索精神，具备较强的自主学习能力，对新兴技术与行业动态保持持续学习和实践。
