1、生态战略与跨部门协作：制定法国区域创作者生态发展战略、年度运营规划及阶段性目标，对区域用户增长、营收以及创作者生态的规模化增长结果负责；统筹法国本地创作者社区、异业合作及校园渠道的搭建，建立校园大使、创作大赛、扶持计划等可复制的社区项目模型，并推动规模化落地；建立法国区域创作者数据决策体系，定义并跟踪创作者规模、活跃度、内容产出量与质量、使用量、内容传播效果等核心指标，以数据驱动运营策略迭代；主导与市场营销、产品、中台等团队的跨部门协作，整合内外部资源，共同推动法国区域社区增长及品牌传播；负责区域运营团队的人才搭建与能力建设，统筹复杂项目的高效落地，持续优化区域运营效率与投入产出比； 2、内容策略与活动体系：制定法国区域内容策略与质量标准体系，熟悉模板制作、素材设计、AI创作等生产链路，能够定义标杆内容方向，为创作者生态建立内容审美与质量基准；制定社区内容策略与活动日历，统筹线上分享、创作工作坊、用户共创等社区内容项目的规划与落地；统筹法国区域创作大赛、主题挑战、线上工作坊、校园活动、路演及创作者交流会等线上线下活动的规划与执行，活动设计覆盖模板创作、素材创作、AI创作等多元方向；建立活动全流程管理体系，确保活动效果与投入产出比达标；统筹沉淀内容创作方法论，建立可复用的内容质量评估与创作者培训体系； 3、作者引入与社区运营体系：统筹核心创作者拓展策略，建立法国本地及法语区优质创作者的引入渠道与资源池，推动高潜力创作者高质量入驻；设计创作者入驻体系与差异化权益机制，持续优化入驻转化路径，提升核心创作者引入效率；建立法国区域创作者分层体系，结合创作者产出特点与商业价值，制定差异化运营策略与激励机制；统筹社群运营策略系，通过专属激励、创作扶持等机制提升核心创作者的长期留存与活跃度；建立流失预警与分析机制，持续迭代留存策略；统筹法国区域社区沟通渠道（Discord/TikTok等）的运营策略，建立创作者反馈收集与产品联动机制，推动产品及品牌侧持续优化。

1、5年以上社区运营、品牌营销、用户增长、活动营销或相关领域工作经验，其中至少3年以上团队管理经验，有从0到1搭建区域业务或创作者生态的成功案例； 2、具备创作者社区、内容平台或产品的区域运营负责人经验，有模板/素材/内容创作者生态运营经验者优先； 3、具备线上及线下活动体系的规划与统筹管理经验，熟悉国际化主流社交媒体平台（TikTok、Instagram、YouTube、Discord等）及社区运营机制，了解法国及法语区市场者优先； 4、具备优秀的战略规划、跨部门协作及资源整合能力，能够主导复杂项目并对业务结果负责，具备数据驱动的决策能力，能够通过数据体系持续优化运营策略与增长效率； 5、具备团队搭建、人才培养与目标管理能力，能带领团队高效达成区域业务目标； 6、了解法国及法语区文化、内容消费趋势与社交媒体生态，能制定本地化运营策略；中文为工作语言，英语可作为工作语言进行跨团队协作，法语能力者优先。

加分项 1、拥有CapCut、剪映、TikTok或其他短视频/剪辑工具的创作者生态运营经验； 2、拥有法国本地校园合作、异业合作或创作者项目相关资源与经验。
