1、负责剪映系产品全球业务的隐私合规研发管理工作，包括但不限于后端、前端、客户端，致力于通过技术手段和AI能力有效保护数据； 2、参与跟产品、法务、PA、PDPO等团队的沟通协作，将相应的法律法规落地到技术规划并能设计相应的合规解决方案； 3、参与到隐私产品，AI数据治理和数据主权保护等项目中，确保相应的合规项目的顺利落地； 4、参与到合规Agent的方案选型，架构设计和开发，包括但不限于模型的后训练等，提升多模态数据的理解，业务领域的感知，以及自动推改能力的建设； 5、负责架构设计和开发，确保技术方案的有效性且具备良好的性能和稳定性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信工程等相关专业，有扎实的编程能力，深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 2、有良好的团队合作能力，能与其他团队成员紧密合作，解决问题并推动项目进展，有隐私合规、安全等项目经验优先； 3、有Agent和模型后训练相关经验优先； 4、有团队管理经验和良好的英语沟通能力优先。
