1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业者优先；能够主导搭建并维护视觉体系，有5年品牌视觉体系搭建经验者优先； 2、有扎实的设计基本功、先进的UI/UX理念、高质量的视觉表达能力者优先，从视觉符号到应用场景，能输出符合业务需求、有辨识度的方案，并推动落地； 3、具备全球视野，审美前沿，有国际项目或英语设计经验者优先； 4、关注、了解AI，具备AI产品品味并能够熟练使用AIGC提升创意表达能力和创作效率者优先； 5、协作能力强，心态开放，自驱有韧性。
