1、面向公司服务器基础设施与业务场景，负责Linux内核相关需求分析、方案设计与关键能力研发； 2、围绕计算、存储、网络、异构加速等方向，进行内核特性开发、性能优化与稳定性建设，支撑大规模生产环境落地；结合业务诉求与硬件演进，持续推进调度、内存管理、块层、文件系统、网络协议栈、异构加速等关键子系统与基础能力的优化演进； 3、负责复杂内核问题的定位、根因分析与修复，推动线上质量治理和系统性优化； 4、跟踪Linux内核及相关开源社区前沿技术，评估引入价值并推动工程化落地； 5、面向AI基础设施与智能应用场景，系统能力演进，支撑更高效、更稳定的AI工作负载运行。

1、5年及以上Linux内核或服务器系统软件研发经验，具备扎实的计算机系统基础与复杂系统工程能力； 2、在计算、存储、网络、异构加速四个方向中，至少在一个方向具备深入实践和独立负责能力，包括计算方向（Arch、调度、内存、资源管理、虚拟化/安全、通用驱动等）、存储方向（块层、NVMe、SCSI、文件系统、存储性能优化等）、网络方向（Linux网络协议栈、用户态协议栈、高性能网络或相关性能优化等）或异构加速方向（GPU内核驱动开发、PCIe/DMA管理、GPU虚拟化、SR-IOV/vGPU、GPU软硬协同优化、故障诊断等）； 3、熟悉Linux内核关键机制，能够独立完成需求分析、方案设计、问题定位与性能调优； 4、精通C语言，深入理解并发、锁、内存管理、I/O、调度等基础原理，熟练使用GDB、perf、Ftrace等调试与分析工具； 5、具备复杂系统软件的架构设计、工程实现和持续优化能力，能够推动方案在生产环境稳定落地； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够跨团队推进复杂项目实施。

优先条件 1、同时具备计算、存储、网络、异构加速四个方向中两类及以上深入经验者优先； 2、有Linux内核主线、主流发行版或重要内核分支补丁贡献经验者优先； 3、有生产环境下内核性能优化、稳定性治理或关键特性落地经验者优先； 4、有多架构（如x86、ARM、RISC-V）系统研发经验，或在虚拟化、RDMA、DPDK、SmartNIC、NVMe、GPU等方向有深入实践者优先； 5、对Agentic AI具备较好的理解与应用能力，对面向AI场景的系统设计（System for AI）有较好的思考，且具备相关技术判断与方案设计能力者优先。
