1、负责抖音搜索相关业务研发工作，围绕搜索产品体验、LLM工程化应用、Agent能力建设和服务端架构演进，推动搜索业务高效迭代与技术创新落地； 2、搜索业务研发：高质量支持抖音搜索产品的高频迭代，深入理解搜索业务场景，通过技术方案设计与工程实现，提升产品体验和业务效果； 3、LLM/Agent工程化应用与业务落地：负责搜索场景下大模型能力的工程化应用与Agent能力建设，通过PE工程、RAG、后训练等方式，持续提升搜索产品体验和业务效果；同时结合多轮对话、任务拆解、工具调用、Workflow编排、上下文管理等能力，开发面向具体搜索业务需求、运营提效和研发提效场景的Agent应用，推动AI能力在业务和工程场景中的落地； 4、性能优化与稳定性保障：负责搜索链路的性能优化与稳定性建设，从系统链路、服务架构、资源利用等多个视角识别并优化性能瓶颈；建设高可用保障机制，完善降级、限流、容灾、监控告警等能力，保障搜索产品高SLA； 5、参与搜索服务端架构演进与存量系统治理，推进服务分层解耦、架构标准化、模块化治理和可复用组件建设，提升系统可维护性、扩展性和长期研发效率。

1、熟练掌握C/C++、Golang、Java等至少一门后端开发语言，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络和系统设计基础； 2、具备良好的服务端工程能力，有大流量、高并发、复杂业务系统研发经验，能够独立完成复杂模块的方案设计、工程实现和线上效果优化； 3、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够从复杂业务现象和工程现象中定位核心问题，并推动系统性解决； 4、具备良好的业务理解能力、跨团队协作能力和自驱力，能够在不确定场景下主动拆解问题、推进复杂项目落地； 5、有搜索服务端、推荐系统、LLM应用工程、Agent平台、AI Coding、服务端架构治理、性能优化或稳定性建设经验者优先。
