1、负责产品整体运营策略制定，确保方案的执行与推进，并跟踪相关效果进行迭代调优； 2、负责项目运营活动（游戏内外打通类、IP联动类、社群活动等）规划以及跟踪和分析，及时处理可能出现的各类问题，定期完成相关总结报告； 3、与研发、发行以及产品数据分析深度合作，协助研发调优产品新手体验、留存以及付费； 4、熟知竞技游戏官方阵地搭建流程与运营； 5、了解行业市场动态，不断优化活动形式，开拓新的活动类型，定期提出产品优化建议和运营策略； 6、熟知产品上架测试完整链路，包括但不限于SDK接入、商店提审、合规等相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上用户运营工作经验，有MOBA手游品类经验优先； 2、对数据敏感，有用户意识，通过多种手段了解并识别玩家真实需求，为游戏设计和活动设计提供指导； 3、有良好的应急处理能力，对于运营过程中遇到的突发问题能及时响应并处置，对日常精细化用户口碑管理及事故处理方面有经验和思考； 4、有较好的团队沟通能力，口头和书面表达能力较好，能够撰写各类活动设计和分析文档，具备较强的总结归纳能力。
