1、深入理解客户业务场景，带领FDE快速开发AI应用原型验证，给FDE提供必要的技术架构建议，不断迭代推进至生产级部署的Agent系统； 2、带领FDE基于AI和云设计架构，并通过AI辅助开发在客户环境中快速实现，有效连接客户的应用API和数据系统，符合客户的安全规范； 3、带领FDE构建高性能的评估管道和可观测性框架，确保Agent系统满足准确性、安全性和延迟要求； 4、识别可复用的应用模式和技术问题，将其转化为产品功能请求，推动产品发展； 5、与客户的工程团队紧密工作，保障AI应用成功上线，长期成功和高使用率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、工程、数学等相关专业或同等实践经验； 2、5年以上面向客户的技术架构和交付经验，熟练掌握Vibe coding，能独立完成原型开发、客户沟通和生产级交付，2年以上的技术团队管理经验； 3、有AI应用经验，如Prompt engineering、Fine-Tuning、RAG、Agent开发等； 4、有基于云服务的架构和开发经验，如基于云服务API/SDK开发，自动化部署，高可用架构等。

加分项 1、有深入的客户沟通和业务咨询经验，尤其是面向客户C-Level的沟通经验； 2、有为一个或者多个行业提供AI解决方案的经验，熟悉相应的行业生态； 3、有复杂Agent系统的开发经验，熟练使用开源或商用Agent开发框架（如Lang Graph，CrewAI，云服务商的Agent开发SDK等）。
