日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、达人与MCN运营支持：监控达人的日常核心数据，追踪达人层级增长与等级晋升，确保账号稳步发展；协助策划、执行MCN专项活动并进行全链路复盘，包括印尼区域路演（Roadshows）和达人训练营（Bootcamps）； 2、大促活动与选品支持：管理达人和MCN的日常（BAU）及大促活动（如双倍日Double-date、发薪日Payday）的营销及补贴预算；作为达人/MCN与商家之间的沟通桥梁，精准匹配爆款商品，确保合作伙伴获得必要的样品及核心卖点，以产出高转化率的直播和短视频内容； 3、数据与文档管理：定期输出数据报表，追踪达人和MCN的运营进度，确保团队OKR的达成；对活动趋势进行数据驱动分析，并与管理团队同步，提炼可落地的商业洞察； 4、跨部门沟通与资源协调：作为核心枢纽，连接达人/MCN运营团队与内部跨部门团队及外部商家；高效协调各项资源，解决日常运营瓶颈，确保各部门在活动时间节点和交付物上保持高度一致。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商业、市场营销、传播学或相关专业优先； 2、有电商运营、达人/MCN管理或商务助理相关实习/实践经验者优先；优先招聘可长时间实习的同学（6个月）； 3、英语可作为工作语言，商务英语流利（优先考虑持有CET‑6、雅思6.5+、托福90+、专八TEM‑8或同等资格证书者），具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力；具备印尼语日常交流或流利表达能力，能与本地达人和MCN团队无障碍沟通； 4、工具与数据：熟练使用办公生态软件；能够独立完成数据提取与整理、分析趋势，并编制清晰、高价值的数据报表； 5、沟通与执行：具备优秀的沟通与协调能力；执行力强，具备闭环思维，能够高效处理多线（多线程）任务并积极推动问题解决； 6、工作态度与行业认知：结果导向，具备强烈的责任心和严谨细致的工作态度；熟悉平台运营规则及达人/MCN合作模式，对印尼电商市场特征和本土文化有浓厚兴趣或深入了解者优先。
