1、负责芯片制造全流程（晶圆制造、封装测试）质量管理，从物料上线，制造过程，产品出货，全过程质量管理，制定并落地制造全流程质量目标，监控目标达成情况，推动质量持续提升； 2、建立晶圆工艺，封装测试段的质量标准、管控订单质量风险、牵引内外部改善、拉通各环节质量标准； 3、负责Fab，OSAT芯片制造过程中的质量异常处理，牵头制定8D报告，跟进纠正与预防措施的落实，确保问题闭环管理； 4、协助项目/NPI进行试产跟进，并汇总试产报告，完成试产工厂问题的跟进处理； 5、负责Fab，OSAT关键质量控制点与特殊工艺的监督巡查，确保关键工艺得到控制，保证产品质量； 6、维护质量管理体系合规性，跟进稽核问题点的整改闭环。

1、电子/通信/机电或半导体相关专业硕士及以上学位； 2、5年以上半导体行业质量管理工作经验，熟悉Fab，OSAT工厂的质量流程，具备丰富的供应商管理能力； 3、深刻理解IATF16949，ISO9001，AEC-Q100等行业质量标准和规范； 4、精通芯片制造全流程的质量管理，对Fabless/Fab/OSAT/IDM模式有深刻理解； 5、具备全局把握能力，思维缜密敏捷，有很强的组织协调推动力。
