1、负责中后台业务模块的产品设计与架构规划，完成业务抽象、领域建模与通用能力沉淀，构建高复用、低耦合、可扩展的产品体系，支撑业务规模化发展；识别现有业务流程与系统架构中的问题与冗余，主导核心模块优化与重构，推动业务规则标准化与系统能力整合，持续提升系统稳定性与迭代效率； 2、快速理解陌生复杂业务场景，提炼业务逻辑与关键规则，完成业务模型设计与产品方案输出，并推动端到端落地闭环； 3、结合AI大模型及数字化工具优化产品全流程工作，包括需求分析、方案设计、文档产出与项目协同，持续提升团队整体交付效率；统筹对接研发、测试、业务及运营团队，推动需求规划、方案设计、开发交付及上线迭代全流程落地，保障业务闭环与数据质量； 4、负责产品小团队的日常管理与任务分配，指导团队成员完成需求分析与方案设计，推动团队专业能力持续提升；推动产品设计规范、业务建模标准及需求管理流程建设，沉淀可复用的方法论与最佳实践，提升团队整体交付质量与效率。

1、具备3-5年以上B端产品经验，具备中后台系统、业务平台或企业级产品经验，独立负责过核心模块或复杂项目的完整交付； 2、具备扎实的业务抽象与系统设计能力，熟悉领域建模、实体关系设计、状态机设计及业务规则体系建设，能够与技术架构高效对齐方案； 3、能够从复杂业务中提炼本质问题，设计结构化解决方案，并形成可复用的产品能力与标准化体系； 4、具备较强的项目管理与推动能力，能够协调多团队资源解决复杂问题，保障项目按期高质量交付； 5、能够快速理解陌生业务领域，适应复杂多变的业务场景，并持续提升产品设计与架构能力； 6、具备产品团队管理或核心模块负责人经验，能够带领小团队完成复杂项目交付，并具备人才培养与经验传承能力，关注AI及前沿产品工具发展，能够将AI能力应用于产品设计与团队提效，并在实际工作中持续落地优化。
