1、负责抖音短视频、直播各个业务场景中的视频文案、OCR文本、ASR文本的内容风险识别和意图理解； 2、负责社会热点事件、舆情事件在抖音短视频、直播内下的相关性挖掘，主动挖掘潜在风险； 3、解决和跟进一线的NLP相关业务问题； 4、结合业务内容安全需求的NLP模型技术探索； 5、相关算法模型的流程建设和代码框架研发工作。

1、熟悉常用的NLP、机器学习相关技术。对文本分类、实体识别、语言模型、意图识别等常用技术，并有相关实践经验； 2、有较扎实的代码编程能力，熟练掌握C/C++/Python； 3、熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等开源深度学习框架； 4、有高水平论文者优先，包括但不限于ACL, EMNLP, NIPS, AAAI等。
