1、构建文本大模型、语义匹配模型、文本分类模型等模型策略，支持广告素材的内容理解； 2、跟进业界前沿算法，探索NLP/LLM大模型等技术，并结合业务场景取得应用落地； 3、负责优化LLM生成式大模型在广告场景下的微调，使其以更自然、精准、友好、可控的方式与用户沟通； 4、负责创意素材自动化生成和投放，如Seq2Seq、AIGC广告文案/图片生成、对话式文案生成等； 5、探索自然语言处理领域前沿技术，前沿技术落地和前瞻性研究。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习和模式识别等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有预训练、自然语言生成、分类、序列标注、对话、问答等领域的技术积累； 5、实践动手能力强，相关竞赛和顶级学术会议（如ACL、NAACL、EMNLP、COLING等）发表论文者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
