1、负责端侧NPU的架构设计与演进路线规划，定义PPA（性能、功耗、面积）指标，保障低功耗约束下模型推理的高能效比； 2、分析主流端侧人工智能模型的算子与数据流特征，制定硬件计算单元、片上存储与数据调度策略之间的合理边界划分； 3、开展架构方案的性能与功耗评估及设计空间探索，在算力、带宽、存储容量与功耗之间做出权衡决策； 4、与算法、设计团队紧密协作，推进NPU IP从需求定义、设计验证、流片到量产交付及软件生态适配的全流程。

1、电子工程、计算机科学、微电子等相关专业硕士学位及以上，或具备同等实践经验； 2、具备5年及以上NPU架构设计与研发经验； 3、熟练掌握计算机体系结构，熟悉SIMD、向量、矩阵计算单元设计，以及数据流架构、脉动阵列和片上/片外存储协同优化； 4、理解低功耗设计方法，熟悉神经网络量化、模型剪枝与稀疏化等技术，了解算子融合、内存分配与指令调度中的软硬件协同机制； 5、有端侧大模型硬件加速架构设计与落地经验，熟悉KV Cache压缩、内存优化及长文本处理者优先； 6、参与过多款SoC中NPU IP成功流片与大批量量产者优先。
