1、全面负责全球热门手游社媒矩阵（Discord、Reddit、X、Twitter、LINE等）的日常运营工作，包括内容策划、排版发布、数据监测与效果复盘； 2、深度挖掘游戏内容与国际文化结合点，创作符合玩家审美、语言习惯与文化语境的内容，配合游戏版本更新、活动节点、节日热点与市场推广计划各重要节点，制定并执行对应的社媒推广方案，确保所有内容准时、高质量发布； 3、实时监控英文社媒平台数据，定期输出数据报告，根据数据反馈快速优化内容策略与发布节奏； 4、与内部美术、视频、策划等团队紧密协作，确保社媒内容的准确性、一致性与传播效果； 5、处理社媒平台的用户咨询与舆情反馈，保证游戏和用户间的沟通反馈链路高效顺畅，持续优化产品体验和品牌形象。

1、英语可作为工作语言，进行内部工作沟通和外部的玩家交流； 2、热爱游戏，深度游戏玩家，了解国际网络流行梗与玩家间的特殊文化； 3、2年以上社区运营工作经验，熟悉Discord、Reddit、X/Twitter、LINE等国际主流社媒平台的运营规则、算法机制与内容玩法； 4、具备较强的工作效率与执行力，能够同时处理多项任务，确保内容按时高质量交付； 5、具备较强的责任心，能够从容应对紧急任务与突发情况； 6、具备良好的团队协作精神与沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队高效协作。

加分项： 1、有国际化留学或长期生活经历，对美漫IP有深度了解优先； 2、掌握至少一门第二外语（日语或韩语）； 3、具备较强的资源挖掘和沟通能力，能主动联系社群管理员、KOL、玩家组织并推进合作，放大产品声量。
