1、负责字节跳动PC游戏在全球（国际区）的媒体合作工作，统筹产品从首爆、上线到运营各阶段的媒体策略制定与落地执行； 2、主导媒体PR传播策略，包括关键节点的传播节奏规划、核心信息设计、媒体邀约与报道跟进； 3、负责国际展会合作（如Gamescom、TGS、PAX、GDC等）的参展策略制定与现场落地执行； 4、负责媒体资源拓展与体系搭建： 1）拓展并整合Steam、Epic、媒体评测、内容创作者等渠道资源，建立高性价比的合作通路； 2）深耕欧美主流游戏媒体关系网络（如IGN、GameSpot、PolyGon、PCGamer、Eurogamer等），以最优成本和时间效率获取优质媒体资源； 3）建立并维护全球媒体资源库，持续拓展新的合作渠道，为产品传播降本增效； 5、跟踪传播效果并持续优化媒体合作ROI，与产品、市场、研发团队紧密协作，灵活应对项目需求变化，保持媒体策略的及时调整与高质量落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上公关传播工作经验； 2、拥有深厚的欧美媒体资源，与主要游戏媒体建立并维持长期合作关系，能够较高效的拿到优质媒体资源； 3、优秀的跨文化沟通协调能力，能高效联动全球团队与外部合作伙伴； 4、能在需求频繁变动的项目环境中保持高效产出，灵活应对临时变动； 5、英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的英语沟通与书面表达能力。

加分项 1、有成功主导PC游戏产品全球首爆经验； 2、有国际主流游戏展会组织经验； 3、熟悉Twitch、YouTube Gaming等直播平台及内容创作者合作模式； 4、有国际游戏厂商相关从业经验。
