1、负责精品游戏在全球市场的事件传播策划与落地，围绕产品上线、版本更新、联动合作、品牌节点等关键阶段，打造具备传播势能的话题事件与内容事件，提升产品声量、讨论度与用户兴趣； 2、与主营销及跨团队（PR、社交媒体、KOL、创意、媒介、区域发行等）紧密协作，结合整体营销节奏、品牌定位和业务目标制定内容营销与事件传播策略，统筹资源推动跨团队配合，确保传播事件与品牌传播、媒介投放、KOL合作、社交传播等模块高效联动形成整合营销合力，保障传播项目高质量按时落地； 3、负责全球传播事件的全链路推进，包括事件主题与传播概念提炼、内容议题设计与传播路径规划、节点传播节奏制定、内外部资源整合与项目管理、上线后的传播复盘与优化等； 4、结合不同区域市场的用户文化、内容偏好与平台生态，策划兼具全球统一性与本地适配性的传播事件，推动内容在YouTube、X、Instagram、Discord等平台的扩散与发酵； 5、持续关注全球游戏行业、泛娱乐行业及社交平台的热点趋势、事件营销案例和内容玩法，将热点洞察与产品卖点结合转化为可落地的内容方案，同时建立事件传播效果评估机制，关注传播声量、互动数据等核心指标，基于结果持续优化方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播、新闻、广告、英语等相关专业优先； 2、具备3年及以上游戏、娱乐或消费品牌内容营销/事件营销/整合营销相关经验，有成功打造传播事件经验者、有精品游戏全球发行或国际化市场传播经验者优先； 3、具备较强的事件营销策划能力，能够独立完成从传播命题提炼、事件概念搭建、内容包装到传播执行推进的完整链路； 4、熟悉整合营销方法论，理解品牌传播、内容营销、社交传播、媒介投放、KOL合作、PR传播之间的协同关系，能够从全局视角设计传播方案，而非只做单点内容； 5、对国际化社交媒体平台及内容传播机制有较强理解，熟悉至少多个核心平台，了解不同平台的内容逻辑和用户沟通方式； 6、具备优秀的项目管理与跨团队协同能力，能够同时推进多个区域、多方资源参与的复杂项目，对游戏内容、玩家文化、社区生态有较深理解，能够从用户视角判断易引发讨论与自传播的议题、内容和事件。
