团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责OpenViking的开发者问卷调研、数据分析、需求收集及转化落地； 2、负责内容建设与品牌传播，包括但不限于社媒、公众号，跟踪数据表现； 3、跟踪产品上线效果与用户反馈，为产品功能优化提供合理建议，挖掘最佳实践； 4、参与开发者社区增长运营，制定社区增长策略，建立开发者分层运营体系，策划并落地社区活动； 5、关注AI领域的技术和产品动态，为团队提供有价值的洞察和行动方案。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息技术、人工智能或相关专业优先； 2、对AI Coding产品、AI工具是重度用户，可提供作品（产品Demo、技术博客等），能独立完成中等复杂度的开发任务； 3、了解Agent Harness，RAG和Agent记忆的相关技术概念，有搭建Agent服务的相关经验； 4、熟悉开发者生态，了解国内外主流开发者社区（如GitHub、掘金、InfoQ等）的运营逻辑与用户特性；具备优秀的内容创作与策划能力，文字功底扎实，能够独立完成技术类、干货类内容的撰写与编辑； 5、工作地点北京，实习时长5个月，每周4天以上。

加分项： 1、参与贡献开源项目相关经历。
