1、负责Oracle EBS及相关企业应用的设计、开发和持续优化，支撑财务、采购、资产等业务； 2、参与业务需求分析、领域建模、技术方案设计、代码开发和系统优化，推动业务需求高质量落地； 3、负责Oracle EBS RICEFW相关开发，包括报表、接口、数据转换、扩展功能、表单及工作流等； 4、负责Oracle EBS与上下游业务系统的集成，设计和开发数据导入、数据导出及API服务； 5、使用Java、OracleSQL和PL/SQL完成应用服务、存储过程、程序包、并发程序、数据校验及业务逻辑开发； 6、负责系统性能优化和生产问题排查，包括复杂SQL、执行计划、索引、自定义并发请求及数据问题分析；持续完善企业应用架构、代码规范和发布流程，提升系统的安全性、稳定性、可维护性及交付效率；关注行业技术发展，探索新技术和AI辅助研发在企业应用中的实践。

1、计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础、数据结构和算法能力，以及良好的代码开发能力； 3、熟悉Oracle EBS R12.1或R12.2的技术架构、核心数据模型和二次开发体系，具备实际开发或实施经验； 4、熟练使用Oracle Database、SQL和PL/SQL，能够独立完成复杂查询、存储过程、函数、程序包及数据处理程序开发；熟悉Oracle EBS常用开发技术，包括Concurrent Program、Open Interface、Public API、BI Publisher/XML Publisher等； 5、熟悉Java技术栈，对常见服务端框架、中间件及系统集成方式有实践经验；具备跨系统接口开发经验，熟悉REST API、文件交换或其他常见系统集成方式； 6、具备良好的业务理解和抽象能力，能够独立完成需求分析、技术设计、开发测试、上线和生产问题排查；具备较强的责任心、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，愿意长期深耕企业级及B端系统建设。

加分项 1、熟悉Oracle EBS财务、采购、资产等一个或多个业务模块； 2、具有财务、采购、资产管理或企业资源管理系统建设经验。
