1、协助完成服务端模块的开发、测试与迭代，配合保障服务稳定运行，支撑AI产品业务落地； 2、参与产品需求评审、技术方案讨论，协助整理技术文档，结合服务端基础能力，为产品优化提供辅助支撑； 3、配合客户端、QA等团队，协助完成接口联调、简单问题排查，推动产品高效落地； 4、关注AI Agent应用新趋势，在指导下尝试了解相关技术，协助将技术能力融入服务端业务场景。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握Python/Java/Go语言中的一种或多种，具备基础的后端开发功底，具备良好的编码规范和学习能力； 3、了解大模型基本原理，熟悉Agent相关框架和应用场景，有相关项目经验优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心和创新意识，对AI产品及服务端开发有浓厚兴趣，能快速适应技术迭代。
