团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI芯片系统软件栈开发、调试与维护，包括Tools、SDK、Driver等； 2、参与系统性能监控方案及Profiling能力建设，支持性能问题分析及性能优化； 3、探索AI Agent在底层软件工程领域的应用，参与原型系统开发及维护； 4、支持芯片验证、系统测试及问题分析定位。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、通信工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备操作系统、计算机组成、计算机网络、数据结构与算法等课程基础知识； 3、熟悉C/C++编程，熟悉Posix编程接口，具备良好的Coding能力及编程习惯； 4、熟悉Linux开发环境和基本操作，至少熟悉一种脚本语言，如Python、Bash等； 5、对底层系统软件原理有强烈兴趣，学习能力强，有较强自驱力； 6、具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。

加分项 1、熟悉面向对象、设计模式等编程思想； 2、熟悉Linux系统原理，有内核源码阅读经验，或嵌入式系统开发调试经验； 3、熟悉Ftrace、perf、Bpftrace等性能分析工具； 4、了解Claude等Agent框架原理，熟悉Skills、Memory、MCP等机制或有相关开发经验。
