1、主导智能硬件软件全生命周期质量体系搭建与落地，制定覆盖需求分析、研发、测试、交付的质量标准、流程规范及考核指标，推动跨研发、产品等协同团队执行； 2、参与需求评审、技术方案评审，识别质量风险与流程漏洞，通过代码审查、用例评审等方式管控过程质量； 3、建立项目质量管理机制，跟踪质量全流程闭环，组织重大缺陷根因分析，输出改进方案并推动落地，持续提高软件质量体验； 4、搭建质量结构，统计分析质量数据，推动流程优化与团队质量意识提升。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，3年以上软件质量管理经验，有智能硬件（智能家居、可穿戴设备、物联网终端等）项目相关经验优先； 2、熟悉CMMI、ISO9001、IPD等质量流程体系，掌握软件测试核心方法； 3、熟练使用JIRA、SonarQube、TestRail等质量工具，具备风险识别、跨团队沟通协调及问题解决能力； 4、工作严谨细致，责任心强，能适应智能硬件项目快速迭代节奏，持有PMP、质量工程师证书者优先。
