1、负责Pangle广告投放中出价策略与算法，及定向、召回、精排、出价等各阶段模型改进的改进，极致优化变现效率和广告ROI； 2、负责大规模Online learning的深度模型效率改进和效果优化； 3、负责利用策略和模型手段，从度量归因、投放体验、长期可持续的广告业务等方面，探索最新的商业化变现技术和商业产品设计，提出行业创新性解决方案； 4、参与CTR，CVR等广告模型的设计、开发和迭代。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形、语音识别与合成中一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎相关技术有经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
