1、围绕Pangle闭环电商预算，开展广告投放数据分析，输出投放策略与优化建议，驱动核心指标提升； 2、跟进新预算解锁项目的整体进度，协调推动上下游业务团队高质量落地，持续推动业务增长； 3、拆解业务目标，搭建合理的指标体系衡量业务产出与项目进度，主动发现业务机会与问题并推动解决； 4、基于数据分析、需求收集与客户反馈，诊断投放及数据披露相关问题，沉淀可复用的策略方法论，增强客户信赖。

1、本科及以上学历在读；计算机、数据分析、统计、经济、理工科等专业优先； 2、扎实的数据分析能力，善于用数据发现问题、支撑决策（熟悉SQL、Python、Excel等分析工具者优先）； 3、强自我驱动力与责任心，能主动推进多线任务，追求； 4、优秀的合作意识，能高效协同多方团队、持续推动业务落地； 5、较强的逻辑思维与目标拆解能力。

加分项（任一即可） 1、有DS（数据科学）、数据分析相关实习经历； 2、有广告行业产品或电商行业产品实习经历； 3、对广告及TikTok shop有较强学习兴趣； 4、能拆解目标、搭建指标体系衡量业务产出与进度，并主动发现机会与问题者优先。
