1、负责国际化商业化流量、产品、策略方向的业务指标体系搭建，对短期异常进行归因，对长期趋势进行解读； 2、深入理解国际广告投放机制，通过探索性的数据分析与数据建模（统计学+机器学习），从数据中挖掘流量、产品、策略方面存在的问题，并提出相应的优化方案； 3、能根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项数据分析，通过对数据的敏锐洞察、定性和定量分析、以及模型建设，迅速定位内部问题或发现机会； 4、与策略产品、工程技术、算法技术以及其他部门完成高质量沟通，保证推动数据分析结论的落地与持续优化。

1、计算机、统计、数据科学或者相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士、博士优先； 2、有数据分析工作经验或计算广告-搜推算法、链路归因、信号分析、用户识别项目经验的优先； 3、扎实的机器学习与数据挖掘理论和技术基础，熟练使用SQL和其他数据分析/建模语言（R、Python等），有数据分析、开发、算法背景优先； 4、善于沟通，工作积极主动，有主人翁意识，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力与承压能力； 5、具备强烈的好奇心和自我驱动力，喜欢接受挑战，追求极致，愿意把复杂的事情做好、做大； 6、拥有优秀的英语沟通能力，能够和全球各地的团队流畅高效地沟通，对不同国家的文化有敬畏心和开放的心态；有着开放包容的心态、并拥有主动思考和探索的能力。
