1、对互联网商业化体系深入探索，特别聚焦全球ADN市场的动态及机会，形成敏锐的思考判断，构建业务打法与策略，助力业务发展； 2、持续追踪行业发展，敏锐捕捉竞争环境、市场变化、机会点及风险点，深入理解行业变化，给业务发展提供决策输入； 3、联动各相关业务团队，将分析产出的可执行方案，做好目标制定，从0-1跟进落地，并使用定量、定性等方法追踪效果与影响，持续优化认知、敏捷迭代。

1、工作3年及以上，具备互联网产品、战略、商业分析岗位工作经验，有商业化/广告相关工作基础为佳； 2、具备扎实的专业技能（包括但不限于市场调研、专题探索、数据分析、报告撰写、产出可落地业务解决方案），能够独立承接分析项目； 3、出色的沟通协调能力，善于推动项目的实际落地，拿到业务结果；具备一定英语沟通和写作能力，可支持日常业务交流者优先； 4、分析能力强，逻辑清晰，具备创新思维能力和结构化思考能力，善于从复杂现象中总结规律； 5、自驱力和好奇心强，对参与业务、快速成长有激情。
