1、负责Pangle广告细分行业的算法优化，包括投放中召回、粗排、精排、出价等各阶段模型/策略在对应行业的改进，极致优化对应行业的变现效率和广告ROI； 2、负责大规模Online Learning的深度模型效率改进和效果优化； 3、负责利用策略和模型手段，从度量归因、投放体验、长期可持续的广告业务等方面，探索最新的商业化变现技术和商业产品设计，提出行业创新性解决方案。

1、有广告系统的优化经验，有出价算法和策略的开发和优化经验，熟悉广告业务与广告投放机制，熟悉OCPC/OCPM/AEO等出价产品； 2、优秀的编码能力，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论基础，熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习编程框架； 4、较好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力；主动性强，有很强的自我驱动力，并能够驱动团队发展； 5、对数据、业务敏感，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，具备较强的抽象能力、项目推动能力，以及创新能力。
