1、为PC/主机射击项目的东亚国际（韩日为主）市场发行负责，统筹项目全生命周期的地区发行工作，对项目数据敏感且能周期性进行汇总和复盘，能够以地区发行效果为第一导向驱动整体策略和统筹动作； 2、从推广策略到落地手段有全方位的认知和搭建能力，包括但不仅限于渠道资源、广告买量、内容营销、社区运营、网红/媒体合作等等；能和团队内外合作伙伴高效沟通，协同各职能完成发行目标； 3、基于以上业务需求，与东亚国际主要地区的当地渠道、媒体、MCN、广告公司等必要合作方拥有良好关系与经验，能够高效开展直接合作，以最高性价比落地各地区的发行业务。

1、5年及以上游戏发行工作经验，有主机/PC产品发行经验者优先； 2、对统筹型业务适应能力强，能灵活应对团队内多职能统筹，集团内多部门协调沟通； 3、责任心强，接受异地/异国出差以及长期派遣办公等需求，可能派遣地包括中国大陆、韩国和日本等地区； 4、热爱游戏，主机/PC平台游戏经验丰富者优先； 5、拥有韩语或日语工作能力者优先。
