日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与剪映PC端基础剪辑核心能力的开发与迭代，包括时间线、多轨编辑、素材管理、粗剪等功能模块，在资深工程师指导下逐步承担模块开发； 2、参与商业化能力建设的相关开发工作，了解会员订阅、支付等链路的设计与实现； 3、参与AI Agent方向的端侧能力建设，探索AI能力与剪辑工作流的结合； 4、参与代码评审与技术分享，在实践中积累工程经验、提升技术视野； 5、与产品、设计、QA协作，参与需求评审与版本交付全流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、掌握C++编程语言，了解面向对象设计思想，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 3、了解Windows/macOS平台开发，对跨平台GUI框架（如Qt、CEF等）有兴趣者优先； 4、有音视频编辑、多媒体处理或图形渲染相关项目经验或课程实践者优先； 5、对AI/LLM应用有了解或兴趣，对Agent、Function Calling等方向有探索热情，了解或愿意学习AI编程工具（如Cursor、Copilot、Claude Code等），乐于利用AI提升开发效率； 6、具备快速学习能力和自驱力，能在实践中快速成长，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，责任心强。
