日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、参与通用Agent产品的市场推广策划，包括渠道选择、内容创作与落地执行； 2、协助制定用户拉新、促活策略，跟进推广效果并持续优化； 3、配合团队完成产品发布、活动策划、合作对接等日常运营工作； 4、建立并维护日常运营数据看板，追踪关键指标（DAU、留存、转化等）； 5、对用户行为数据进行深度分析，提炼洞察，形成可落地的优化建议，撰写运营数据周报/月报，支持团队决策； 6、持续跟进通用Agent领域的产品动态与行业趋势，参与产品分析，输出有价值的市场洞察报告。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对通用Agent（如AI助手、Autonomous Agent、Multi-Agent系统等）有浓厚兴趣，能主动了解并跟进前沿动态； 3、具备产品推广经验：参与过校内外产品推广项目、活动策划或品牌运营，有实际案例可提供； 4、具备数据分析能力：熟练使用Excel/飞书多维表格进行数据处理，了解基础统计方法；有SQL或Python数据分析经验者优先； 5、执行力强，沟通表达清晰，学习速度快，善于以结构化方式输出结论，对AI技术保持开放心态。

加分项 1、有实际使用或测评过Agent产品（如ChatGPT、Gemini、Claude、Mira等）的经历，并有自己的见解； 2、有运营数据看板搭建、用户增长实验（A/B Test）等实战经验； 3、有内容创作、社群运营或KOL合作管理经验。
