1、面向大模型训练与评估场景，参与制定并持续迭代数据质量标准、判定规则与验收口径； 2、依据质量标准对数据产出进行核查与判定，识别问题、闭环纠偏，保障准确性与一致性； 3、深入参与复杂、模糊、边界案例的研判与讨论，沉淀为可复用的判定规则与知识资产； 4、跟踪质量数据表现，定位根因，推动生产侧流程与执行改进； 5、与生产、产品、算法、策略等多方协同，对齐质量标准，打通“标准—生产—验收—反馈”链路。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，法学、哲学、经济学、新闻学、语言、社科等相关专业优先； 2、英语熟练读写和沟通，英语听说读写能力优异，能够准确理解英文视频及文字内容；英语水平达到雅思7.5/托福105或同等水平；具备内容评估、搜索评估、内容审核、策略运营、风险控制、申诉处理、质量管理等内容研判运营工作经验，有复杂案例处理经验者优先； 3、有数据质量、内容审核、合规、内容运营、AI数据/标注等相关实习或项目经历者优先； 4、熟悉Excel等常用数据处理工具；深度使用过ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、Doubao等主流大模型产品，对AI能力边界有基本判断者优先； 5、逻辑清晰，具备较强的结构化拆解、抽象归纳与判断表达能力；对细节敏感，对“什么是好数据”有自己的思考。
